A fresh and healthy vegetarian appetizer. Tomato, zucchini, Parmesan cheese and herbs are encased in a light filo pastry dough. Whether you are having an anniversary party, engagement party, black-tie affair or casual bridal shower, these low-fat appetizers are sure to be a hit.
 
Ingredients:
 

 
Filo Pastry Dough: Enriched unbromated unbleached wheat flour (water, corn starch, soy oil, salt, sodium proprionate, potassium sorbate, citric acid). Filling: Tomato, zucchini, eggs, soy oil, onions, parmesan cheese, salt garlic, oregano, basil, pepper, and thyme.
 
Directions:
 

 
Pre-heat oven to 375 F. Line baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease. Place appetizers 1 inch apart and bake for approximately 18-20 minutes or until the filo dough is lightly browned. DO NOT MICROWAVE. KEEP APPETIZERS FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE.
