Filling: Mushrooms, swiss cheese, (pasteurized milk, part skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), red peppers, olive oil, herbs, spices. Filo Pastry Dough: Enriched unbrominated bleached wheat flour (malted barley flour, niacin, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin), water, corn starch, soy oil, salt, sodium propionate, potassium sorbate.
 

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease. Appetizers are placed on a baking tray 1/2 inch apart. Bake appetizers until the filo pastry is lightly browned. DO NOT MICROWAVE. KEEP APPETIZERS FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE.
