seed oils) with mono and digylcerides (emulsifiers) and tbhq
added to protect flavor, water, slat, dough conditioner.
Duck Spring Roll: Filling: Boneless, skinless duckling leg
confit, green cabbage, diced mushrooms, dry sherry, diced
radish, shredded carrots, rice wine vinegar, hoisin sauce,
ginger sauce. Wrapper: wheat, flour, water, salt. Artichoke
and Spinach Filo: Filo: Enriched unbleached wheat flour,
water, corn starch, soy oil, salt, sodium proprionate,
potassium sorbate, citric acid. Filling: Artichoke hearts,
spinach, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, romano
cheese, salt and pepper. Beef Wellington: Puff Pastry:
Enriched flour, barley malt, niacin, iron, thiamine
mononitrate riboflavin, partially hydrogenated vegetable
shortening, soy and cottonseed oils, monoglycerides,
diglycerides, TBHQ, water, salt, sodium stearoyl lactylate,
calcium sulfate, l-cysteine, monocalcium phosphate. Filling:
Beef tenderloin, mushrooms, chopped chicken liver, onions,
eggs, chicken fat, salt and flavorings, beef broth with less
than 1% of the following: salt, monosodium glutamate,
hydrolyzed soy protein, hydrolyzed wheat protein, hydrolyzed
corn protein, dextrose, onion powder, autolyzed yeast
