Packed with garden-fresh vegetables, this vegetarian appetizer will delight everyone. Succulent zucchini, tomatoes, carrots, red peppers, green peppers, broccoli and corn-seasoned and wrapped in filo pastry dough. A healthy, low-fat appetizer great for all any catered occasions – birthdays, holidays, Mother’s Day, weddings and more.
 
Ingredients:
 

 
Filo Pastry Dough: Enriched unbromated unbleached wheat flour, water, cornstarch, soy oil, salt, sodium propionate, potassium sorbate, and citric acid. Filling (zucchini, tomato, carrots, red peppers, green peppers, broccoli, corn, soybean oil, onions, Worcestershire sauce, roasted garlic, parsley, basil, salt, white pepper).
 
Directions:
 

 
Pre-heat oven to 375 F. Line baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease. Place appetizers on a baking tray about 1/2 inch apart. Bake appetizers for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. DO NOT MICROWAVE. KEEP APPETIZERS FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE.
