Deliciously distinctive. We combine the rich flavor of roasted
Yukon gold potatoes with a colorful vegetable blend – broccoli florets, carrots,
and fire-roasted red peppers – and add our popular
herb and garlic seasoning. Great for grilling.
Preparation Instructions

Conventional Oven: NOTE: If preparing more than ½ bag of
vegetables, increase cooking time. Ice crystals and water droplets can
cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add frozen food to hot oil
carefully.
1) Preheat oven to 425° F.
2) Line baking sheet with aluminum foil; spray with non-stick cooking
spray.
3) Place ½ bag of vegetables in single layer on baking sheet.
4) Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Skillet:
1) Preheat 2 tablespoonfuls oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat.
2) Pour ½ bag of vegetables into skillet.
3) Cook 10 to 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
Grill:
1) Preheat grill on medium heat.
2) Spray an 18 x 24 inch sheet of heavy aluminum foil with non-stick
cooking spray.
3) Place ½ bag of vegetables on foil.
4) Bring up sides and ends of foil and double fold; leave room on top
for heat to circulate inside packet.
5) Grill 8 minutes, turn over and continue grilling 8 to 10 minutes.
