Fire roasted, skin-on red potatoes seasoned with rosemary,
plus broccoli, green beans, red peppers, and onions.

Conventional Oven:
1) Preheat oven to 375 ° F.
2) Place 1/2 bag vegetables in single layer on baking sheet.
3) Bake 17 to 19 minutes.
Grill:
1) Preheat grill to medium heat.
2) Spray an 18" x 24" sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil with cooking
spray.
3) Place 1/2 bag of vegetables on foil. Bring up sides of foil and
double fold. Bring up ends and double fold to form a packet.
4) Leave room for heat to circulate inside packet.
5) Place on grill, cover and cook 15 to 16 minutes.
Stove Top:
1) In large skillet, preheat 2 tbsp. oil to medium-high.
2) Place ½ bag vegetables in skillet.
3) Cook 10 to 12 minutes, turning often for even browning.
