Our Rainbow Trout fillets are guaranteed boneless and individually wrapped for
easy preparation.
These delicate fillets are packed with the skin on for protection
and to add flavor. When eating the skin separates easily from the fillet leaving
the delicate trout at its best. Simply oven bake.
Preparation Instructions

Conventional Oven:
1) Preheat oven to 350°F.
2) Lightly spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
3) Place fillets on baking sheet.
4) Bake for 16 to 18 minutes.
Skillet:
1) Preheat skillet and 1 tablespoon olive oil on medium-high heat.
2) Place fillet(s) skin-side down in skillet.
3) Cook 3 to 4 minutes.
4) Reduce heat to medium-low, turn fillet.
5) Cover, continue cooking 2 to 5 minutes.
