monoglycerides, diglycerides (emulsifiers) and TBHQ added to
protect flavor, water, salt, dough conditioner, sodium
stearoyl lactylate, calcium sulfate, enriched flour barley.
Filling (potatoes, mushrooms, cabbage, cheddar cheese,
shrimp, eggs, water, mushrooms, vegetable oil and spices).
SPRING ROLLS: Wrapper (dough, wheat flour, water, and salt).
Filling (cabbage, celery, onions, carrots, bean threads,
black mushrooms, sesame oil, sugar, salt, ground black
pepper, garlic powder). Fried in soybean oil. EGG ROLLS:
Wrapper (enriched flour, barley, malt, niacin, thiamine
