Our vegetable tortilla appetizers are similar to the chicken cornucopia but all vegetables. Try this Southwestern finger food favorite with pico de gallo or salsa. In a fun cone wrap, this makes a zesty kid’s party food too!

Flour tortilla, salsa, green peppers, eggplant, cheddar cheese, onions.
 
Directions:
 

 
Bake in 375 deg F oven. Line baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease. Place vegetable tortilla appetizers on baking tray 1 inch apart and bake for 12-15 minutes or until tortilla lightly browns. Do not microwave. KEEP APPETIZERS FROZEN. Do not thaw or defrost.
