These Chinese dumplings are a delicate, savory Asian-style appetizer. Our sui mei dumplings are filled with real shrimp and pork with just the right touch of exotic Asian spices. Serve these shrimp and pork dumplings with a duck or sesame ginger dipping sauce. Best if steamed to enhance the flavors.
 
Ingredients:
 

 
Dumpling Wrapper (wheat flour, water, soybean oil, salt & fd&c yellow#5). Dumpling Filling (pork, shrimp, green pea, soy sauce (water, soybeans, oil, salt, wheat) sesame oil, rice cooking wine, salt, sugar & white pepper).
 
Directions:
 

 
Sui mei is best when steamed. Steam for about 5-6 minutes. If baked, heat oven to 375 deg F. Line tray with parchment paper or lightly grease. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. KEEP FROZEN. Do not microwave.
