Tender fillets of red Sockeye Salmon, hand-shaped and stuffed with seafood, seasonings, bread crumbs, and mellow Jack cheese--and topped with cold water shrimp. Individually quick-frozen for ultimate freshness.
A dinner that's festive, fancy, and fast.

Preparation Instructions


Conventional Oven:
1) Remove all packaging and place salmon on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
2) Let stand on counter top for 30 minutes.
3) Preheat oven to 350° F.
4) Brush salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce (see serving suggestion), melted butter or olive oil; season with salt & pepper.
5) Bake 28 to 30 minutes.
6) Serving Suggestion: Lemon Butter Sauce - In a small skillet, heat at low temperature, 3 tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
