Large skin-on potatoes cut into wedges and coated with the sour cream and chive
taste you love. A great appetizer, side dish, or snack. Serve with your favorite
sauce for dipping. Just make sure you have enough on hand. Oven bake, deep fry,
or grill.

Conventional Oven:
1) Preheat oven to 450°F.
2) Place ½ bag of potato wedges in single layer on baking sheet.
3) Bake 15 to 18 minutes, or until desired crispness. Turn potato wedges
over halfway through baking time. wedges over halfway through baking

Deep Fry: (CAUTION: Ice crystals and water droplets can cause
spattering.)
1) Preheat oil to 350°F.
2) Place 1/3 bag of potato wedges in hot oil.
3) Deep fry 2 ½ to 3 minutes.
4) Drain on absorbent paper.
