Our premium smoked sockeye salmon, rich in beneficial oils, originate from some of the purest waters in North America. Each salmon is carefully filleted by hand to be 100% boneless, soaked in a brine bath and then slow smoked over Alderwood fires for 24 hours. Smoked salmon makes a succulent treat that is an elegant addition to any cocktail buffet. A most delicate first course, our smoked salmon is safe in a foil pouches on your shelf for one year, but requires refrigeration after opening.
