Our Slipper Lobster is sweet, tender and delicate
chunks of lobster meat. It can be used in recipes,
salads or as a surf and turf with hot melted butter.

Saute: TO REMOVE ICE GLAZE: Place lobster meat in a colander
under cold running water. Do not allow to soak in water. Cook before
eating.
1) Saute lobster meat in butter over MEDIUM HIGH heat until tender
(approximately 2 to 3 minutes on each side).
2) Serve with lemon, cocktail or tartar sauce.
