Microwave (850 Watts):
1) Place one skinless frank on microwave-safe plate.
2) Cook on HIGH (100% power) 30 to 35 seconds.
Boil:
1) Fill medium saucepan half full with water.
2) Remove franks from wrapper and place in water.
3) Cook on HIGH 10 to 12 minutes.
Grill:
1) Preheat grill on MEDIUM-HIGH.
2) Place skinless franks on grill.
3) Cook for 7 to 8 minutes, turning frequently.
