Deep Fry:
1) Preheat oil to 350 ° F.
2) Deep fry for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
Conventional Oven:
1) Preheat oven to 450 ° F.
2) Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
3) Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
4) For extra crispness, turn potatoes over half-way through cooking
time.
