1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2) Place haddock sticks on baking sheet.
3) Bake 16 to 18 minutes, turn sticks halfway through baking time.
Deep Fry: NOTE: Cooking time will vary with the number of sticks
being cooked.
1) Preheat oil to 360 ° F.
2) Deep fry 3 to 3˝ minutes.
