SHELL PASTRY DOUGH: Flour, pure vegetable shortening, water, salt. SPINACH: Filling (mozzarella cheese, spinach, milk, heavy cream, water, eggs, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg). QUICHE LORRAINE: Filling (mozzarella cheese, bacon bits, milk, water, eggs, cayene pepper, salt, and heavy cream). MUSHROOM: Filling (mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, milk, heavy cream, water, eggs, onions, salt).
 

Preheat oven to 400 deg F. Line tray with parchment paper or lightly grease. Place quiche on a baking tray 1/2 inch apart. Bake quiche approximately 12 minutes or until filling puffs up and/or bubbles. KEEP APPETIZERS FROZEN. Do not microwave. Do not thaw or defrost.
