These delicious Quiche Lorraine appetizers are a bite-sized finger food favorite. Creamy and buttery, an excellent choice for luncheons, brunches, baby and bridal showers.
 
Ingredients:
 

 
Pastry Shell: Pastry flour, pure vegetable shortening, water, salt. Quiche Filling: Swiss and Mozzarella cheeses, bacon bits, milk, water, eggs, cayenne pepper, salt, and heavy cream.
 
Directions:
 

 
Preheat oven to 400 deg F. Line baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease. Place quiche lorraine appetizers on a baking tray 1 inch apart. Bake quiche approximately 12 minutes or until filling bubbles. DO NOT MICROWAVE. Keep appetizers frozen. Do not thaw or defrost.
