How to find the right audio

The most important step in selecting the right service provider involves simply outlining the project. Audience, message, meeting objective, venue, and budget are things that the candidate companies will need to know to accurately bid a project. Will there be one speaker behind a podium or various people roaming
the stage at times? Witness an eventIn addition to asking for and calling references, ask to observe an upcoming event the company is producing that will be similar to yours. If none are planned, ask to see a tape of a past event that may have been similar. If they have nothing, be curious about the reason. When contacting references, ask about the company's record of meeting intermediate project deadlines. How were the technicians on the job dressed and behaved? If they will be visible to your audience, is it important to you that they be suited up? If so, make this clear now or plan on being disgruntled later. To assure a smooth presentation, experienced meeting planners recommend a rehearsal. The audio visual company should agree to a pre-presentation rehearsal to coordinate individuals' presentations with lights, sound and video. Typically this is held a few hours before the event, after the company sets up the equipment but before it's too late to correct any bugs. Are there any charges for rehearsals? When it comes to producing the presentation, consider the type of tools and the level of razzle dazzle needed. Companies' technological abilities also vary.
