A wholesome holiday appetizer with an old-fashioned feel. Serve potato pancakes– also called latkes, at your next Chanukah Party or Corporate Party and make your guests feel comfortable. Best with sour cream or applesauce. All ages will enjoy this traditional treat. Each pancake is 3/4 oz.
 
Ingredients:
 

 
Potatoes, onions, canola oil, matzoh meal, water, dehydrated potatoes, monoglycerides, diglycerides, sodium acid, citric acid, egg whites, whole eggs, salt, pepper.
 
Directions:
 

 
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease. Cook potato pancakes until hot and crisp. Can also deep-fry for about 8 minutes. DO NOT MICROWAVE. Keep appetizers frozen. Do not thaw or defrost potato latkes.
