Pork Potstickers

Ground pork with Chinese cabbage, ginger, water chestnuts, and onion. Folded into half circles of our special dough, seared and steamed. Serve as an appetizer or main dish. Steams in its own special self-steaming bag for ease and convenience.

Preparation Instructions

	To Serve: MICROWAVE AND PAN-SEARED (800 watts) 1) Place un-opened bag of potstickers in microwave on microwave-safe plate. 2) Cook on HIGH (100% power) 1 minute and 15 seconds. 3) Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a small skillet on high for 2 minutes. 4) Place dividual potstickers with flat bottom in the heated skillet. 5) Cover pan, reduce heat to low and cook for 2½ - 3 minutes. Microwave (850 Watts): 1) Place un-opened bag of potstickers in microwave on microwave-safe plate. 2) Cook on HIGH (100 % power) 2½ to 3 minutes. 3) Let potstickers stand 2 minutes before eating. (CAUTION: Bag will be steamy hot.)

Ingredients

	Filling: pork, cabbage, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, lactic acid and less than 1/10 of 1% sodium benzoate as a perservative), sugar, green onions, seasame seed flavored oil (cottonseed oil or soybeanand sesame oil), ginger, garlic salt, onion powder, sodium tripolyphosphate, spice; Crust: enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, dextrose, salt, dehydrated egg.
