Mini bagels topped with tomatoes, spices and Italian cheese. These fun appetizers make a great kid’s party food or after school snack. Keep some on hand at all times!
 
Ingredients:
 

 
Bagel: Flour, yeast, malt, salt, water. Topping: Mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, tomatoes, garlic, pepper, basil, salt.
 
Directions:
 

 
Preheat oven to 375 deg F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease. Place appetizers on a baking sheet 1 inch apart. Bake 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. DO NOT MICROWAVE. Keep appetizers frozen. Do not thaw or defrost pizza bagels.
