calories. Bake, grill, poach, or sauté – they’re delicious no matter how you
serve them.

Stove Top: NOTE: Larger pieces may require additional cooking
time. For added moisture, brush with butter, margarine or olive oil.
1) Over medium heat, melt butter or margarine in frying pan.
2) Place fillets in pan.
3) Cook fillets 9 to 11 minutes.
4) Turn fillets over halfway through cooking time.
Conventional Oven:
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2) Place fillets on lightly greased baking pan.
3) Brush fillets with melted butter or margarine.
4) Bake uncovered 13 to 15 minutes.
Broil:
1) Place fillets on broiler pan.
2) Brush fillets with melted butter or margarine.
3) Broil 6 inches from heat for 12 to 14 minutes.
4) Turn fillets over halfway through cooking time and brush with
additional butter or margarine.
