Coating: Water, bleached wheat flour, vegetable oil, shortening (soybean and/or partially hydrogenated soybean oil), wheat flour, yellow corn flour, enriched wheat flour. Contains 2% or less of modified food starch, salt, whey, iodized salt, wheat starch, leavening, sugar, spices, soy flour, dextrose, sodium alginate, nonfat milk, paprika, natural flavors, monoglycerides, diglycerides, yellow 5, egg, red 40, blue 1.
Filling: Part-skim mozzarella cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, culture, salt, enzymes, calcium).
 

Defrost mozzarella sticks prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 425 deg F. Line baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease. Cook mozzarella sticks for approximately 12-15 minutes until browned. Also can be deepfried at 375 deg F for 5-7 minutes. Do not microwave. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO PREPARE.
