Steamed white meat chicken is basted in curry, coriander, turmeric and fennel seed and then glazed with apricot preserves. A zesty addition to holiday menus, weddings, bridal showers and other events in need of an appetizing little zing.
 

Filling: Fully cooked white meat chicken, apricots, apricot preserves, (apricots, high fructose corn syrup, sugar, citric acid), water, margarine, (liquid soybean oil, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, water, salt, soy lecithin, vegetable mono and diglycerides, potassium sorbate and citric acid added as preservatives, artificial flavor, colored with beta carotene, vitamin A palmimate added), curry powder, coriander, turmeric and fennel seed. Filo pastry dough: Enriched unbleached wheat flour, water, corn starch, soy oil, salt, sodium propionate, potassium sorbate, citric acid.
 

Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Line baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease. Place appetizer on a baking pan about ½ inch apart. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Do not microwave. Keep appetizers frozen until ready to use.
