| • |
Fish cools quickly, it is best to serve
it on a warmed plate. |
| • |
For crisper Herb Roasted Potato Wedges:
Remove frozen potatoes from tray and place directly on lightly greased
baking sheet. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. |
| • |
Garnish plate with stem of parsley and
a lemon twist. To make twist, simply cut a whole lemon into thin
slices. Cut each circular slice from center through the peel, twist
and plate! |
| • |
For a rich, creamy flavor, drizzle a
serving of A La Zing Hollandaise Sauce over the salmon fillet. |
| • |
Grill Indoors! To grill thawed fillets
on an indoor contact grill, cook for 4-5 minutes. A contact grill
cooks both sides at once, eliminating the need to flip and cook the
other side. |
| • |
For a restaurant feel, place a glass of
ice water at each table setting with a slice of fresh lemon. |
