Smooth and buttery, these lobster risotto croquettes will melt in your mouth. A new addition to our holiday line, serve these at any upscale party. Your guests will think you catered your party!
 
Ingredients:
 

 
Aborio rice, chicken stock (chicken bones boiled in water with onions, carrots, celery, bay leaf, pepper corn and thyme), onion, minced lobster meat, grated parmesan cheese, parsley, lobster base (cooked lobster, salt, dextrose, corn oil, hydrolized soy protein, flavoring, paprika extracts, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate). Coating flour, eggs and bread crumbs.
 
Directions:
 

 
Line baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease. Preheat oven to 400 F and cook lobster risotto croquettes until lightly browned. Cook for approximately 10 minutes. Do not microwave. Keep frozen.
