Succulent zucchini, tomatoes, carrots, red peppers, green peppers, broccoli and corn-seasoned and wrapped in filo pastry dough. A healthy, low-fat appetizer great for holiday party catering, graduation parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, weddings and much more.
 
Ingredients:
 

 
Filo pastry dough: Enriched unbromated unbleached wheat flour, water, cornstarch, soy oil, salt, sodium propionate, potassium sorbate, and citric acid. Filling: Zucchini, tomato, carrots, red peppers, green peppers, broccoli, corn, soybean oil, onions, Worcestershire sauce, roasted garlic, parsley, basil, salt, white pepper.
 
Directions:
 

 
Pre-heat oven to 375F. Line baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease. Place appetizers on a baking tray about 1 inch apart. Bake appetizers for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. KEEP APPETIZERS FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE.
