Filo Pastry: Enriched unbromated unbleached wheat flour, water, cornstarch, soy oil, salt, sodium propionate, potassium sorbate, and citric acid. Spanokopita Filling: Spinach, feta cheese, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, cream cheese, soybean oil, clarified sweet butter, onions, eggs, garlic, dill weed, pepper, parsley.
 

Pre-heat oven to 375 F. Line baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease. Place the spanokopita on a baking pan about 1/2 inch apart. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. DO NOT MICROWAVE. Keep appetizers frozen until ready to use.
