Porcini Risotto Croquettes: Aborio rice, chicken stock (chicken bones boiled in water with onions, carrots, celery, bay leaf, pepper corn and thyme), onion, dried porcini mushrooms, grated parmesan cheese, white wine, roman mushrooms, butter, dried garlic, salt and chives. Coating flour, eggs and bread crumbs. Bacon Wrapped Sirloin en Brochettes: Ground beef, blue cheese (BLUE CHEESE (PASTEURIZED CULTURED MILK, SALT, ENZYME, P.ROQUEFORTI), LOCUST BEAN AND GUAR GUMS (STABILIZERS), SORBIC ACID (TO PROTECT FLAVOR), seasoned bread crumbs Japanese panko breadrumbs (bleached wheat flour, dextrose, shortening, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, palm oil, yeast, salt), whole egg, bacon and salt. Beef Wellington: Puff Pastry Dough: Enriched flour, barley malt, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate riboflavin, partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening, soy and cottonseed oils, monoglycerides, diglycerides, TBHQ, water, salt, sodium stearoyl lactylate, calcium sulfate, l-cysteine, monocalcium phosphate. Filling: Beef tenderloin, mushrooms, onions, eggs, chicken fat, salt and flavorings, beef broth with less than 1% of the following: salt, monosodium glutamate, hydrolyzed soy protein, hydrolyzed wheat protein, hydrolyzed corn protein, dextrose, onion powder, autolyzed yeast extract, caramel color, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, thiamine hydrochloride, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, cooking wine, salt, pepper. Artichoke w/Boursin Cheese: Artichoke hearts, boursin cheese (milk, cream, salt, garlic, parsley, pepper, bacterial rennet culture), Japanese panko breadrumbs (bleached wheat flour, dextrose, shortening, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, palm oil, yeast, salt).
 
Directions:
 

 

Artichoke Hearts and Sirloin Skewer: Product can be baked or deepfried. For Baking: Preheat oven to 350F. Line baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease. Place artichokes on baking tray and bake for approximately 12-15 minutes or until breading turns slightly golden. Frying: Fry in 350F oil for 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145F. KEEP FROZEN. Do not microwave. Wellington, Croquettes: Line baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease. Preheat oven to 400 F and cook until lightly browned. Cook for approximately 10 minutes. Do not microwave. Keep frozen.
