Fred Anderson - Comedy, Magic and Juggling
For twenty years, Fred Anderson has been traveling the world inflicting
spontaneous laughter by tossing out jokes while flinging about flaming torches
and sharp knives! Anderson has developed a dynamic blend of comedy, magic,
escape artistry and theater that sets him apart from the regular
run-of-the-mill juggling act.
Fred began juggling in 1975 while at San Francisco State College. He was
able to turn his hobby into a profession by working his way through college at
local festivals and events. Juggling was so much more fun that Fred's "real"
field, computer science, that at the end of college he decided to pursue it
full time…and has never looked back.
Fred has performed the world over for major international festivals
including two World's Fairs, the New York Comedy Festival, and the Montreal
Just for Laughs Festival. He has appears on An Evening at the Improv and has
opened for Dennis Miller, Dana Carvey, and John Mellencamp. He is in constant
demand for major corporate meetings for clients such as I.B.M., Apple
Computers, The Gap, and Andersen Consulting.
