America’s International Headquarters, the Broad
Street Ballroom has since been converted into
Lower Manhattan’s premiere event space. Complete
with 30 foot mosaic columns, 225-foot mural
wrapping the entire room, as well as a
state-of-the-art A/V system, space for caterers,
green rooms and 32’ x 16’ removable stage.
Conveniently located on the ground floor, the
space also boasts a fully handicap-accessible
entrance. Opened in early 2006, the Broad Street
Ballroom has hosted some of the largest and most
prominent firms in the world, as well as catered
to many smaller firms and individuals who are
enamored with the look and feel of such a rare
gem.
The 5700 square foot venue, a registered
landmark in New York State, can be utilized for
any number of activities, including private
events, corporate events, meetings/conferences,
concerts, performances, screenings, fashion
shows, product launches, and much more. Located
in the heart of the Financial District, mere
steps from the New York Stock Exchange, the
Broad Street Ballroom, combining some of the
most spectacularly persevered artwork and
architecture with one of the most versatile and
