These egg rolls with a fresh vegetable filling are an authentic Asian appetizer. Serve egg rolls with an Oriental style dipping sauce of your choice.
 
Ingredients:
 

 
Egg Roll Wrapper (enriched flour, barley, malt, niacin, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening, soy and cotton seed oils with monoglycerides, diglycerides and TBHZ, water, salt, dough conditioner (sodium stearoyl lactylate, calcium, sulfate, l-cysteine). Egg Roll Filling (carrots, cabbage, onions, sugar, sesame oil and salt).
 
Directions:
 

 
Defrost egg rolls prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 425 F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease. Bake egg roll appetizers until golden brown and crispy. Can also fry at 375 F for 3-5 minutes. Do not microwave. KEEP APPETIZERS FROZEN UNTIL READY TO DEFROST.
