Conventional Oven:
1) Preheat oven to 450°F.
2) Place ½ bag of potato wedges in single layer on baking sheet.
3) Bake 13 to 15 minutes, or until desired crispness. Turn potato wedges
over half-way through baking time.
Deep Fry: (CAUTION) - ice crystals and water droplets can cause
spattering.
1) Preheat oil to 350°F.
2) Place 1/3 bag of potato wedges in hot oil.
3) Deep fry 2½ to 3 minutes.
4) Drain on absorbent paper.
