Blue swimmer crab meat, panko breadcrumbs, celery, red
pepper, mayonnaise, seafood seasoning.

Line tray with parchment paper or lightly grease. Place 1/2
inch apart. Bake crab cakes in 400 F oven for 12-15 minutes
or until lightly crisp on the outside. Or, deep fry crab
cakes at 375 F until lightly crispy. Crab cakes can also be
pan-fried.
