Coconut shrimp is a Caribbean party food favorite. Jumbo portions of shrimp coated with coconut and flavored with coconut juice. Serve coconut shrimp at barbeques and outdoor parties and your guests will think they are on an island beach. Our coconut shrimp is delicious served with sweet and sour sauce or simply on its own.
 

Bleached wheat flour, shrimp, corn flour, water, salt, dextrose, soybean oil, coconut, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, sugar, xantham gum, nonfat milk, guar gum, coconut juice, eggs.
 

Preheat oven to 400 F. Bake coconut shrimp appetizers for 10-12 minutes or deep fry until golden brown. If baking, line tray with parchment paper or lightly grease. DO NOT MICROWAVE. Keep appetizers frozen. Do not thaw or defrost.
