Boneless, USDA Choice tri-tip roast, flavored with burgundy-peppercorn marinade. Melt-in-your-mouth tender. Comes with our Garden Pasta Blend. Featuring your favorite summer vegetables tossed with fancy pasta shells. Includes French Baguette Bread.

Preparation Instructions


Conventional Oven: NOTE: Add water or other cooking liquids as needed to prevent scorching.
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2) Remove roast from packaging. Place in a baking pan.
3) Add 1 cup water to baking pan.
4) Bake for 42 to 45 minutes per pound.

Grill:
1) Preheat grill to medium to medium high.
2) Place directly on grill to sear all sides of roast (approximately 15 minutes of TOTAL time.)
3) Then place roast on heavy-duty aluminum foil on grill to finish cooking.
4) Grill for 38 to 40 minutes per pound. Turn roast frequently.

Preparation Instructions


Conventional Oven:
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2) Place Baguette loaf on baking sheet.
3) Bake 15 to 16 minutes, or until light golden brown.

Summer Garden Pasta Blend


 


 
Preparation Instructions


Microwave (850 Watts):
1) Place ½ bag of blend in a microwave-safe bowl; cover.
2) Cook on HIGH (100% power) 4 minutes.
3) Stir; replace cover.
4) Cook on HIGH (100% power) 4 to 4½ minutes.

Stove Top:
1) Place 1 inch of water and ½ bag of blend in medium size saucepan..
2) Bring to a boil, reduce heat to LOW.
3) Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain.
