Conventional Oven: NOTE: Add water or other cooking liquids
as needed to prevent scorching.
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2) Remove roast from packaging. Place in a baking pan.
3) Add 1 cup water to baking pan.
4) Bake for 42 to 45 minutes per pound.
Grill:
1) Preheat grill to medium to medium high.
2) Place directly on grill to sear all sides of roast (approximately
15 minutes of TOTAL time.)
3) Then place roast on heavy-duty aluminum foil on grill to finish
cooking.
4) Grill for 38 to 40 minutes per pound. Turn roast frequently.

Microwave (850 Watts):
1) Place ½ bag of blend in a microwave-safe bowl; cover.
2) Cook on HIGH (100% power) 4 minutes.
3) Stir; replace cover.
4) Cook on HIGH (100% power) 4 to 4½ minutes.
Stove Top:
1) Place 1 inch of water and ½ bag of blend in medium size
saucepan..
2) Bring to a boil, reduce heat to LOW.
3) Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain.
