A traditional Polish favorite, Pierogies. Little potato pasta pockets stuffed
with a creamy mixture of potato and white cheddar cheese. The perfect partner
with Schwan's beef and pork Polish Sausage.
We've also included our California Blend.
Preparation Instructions

Broil:
1) Preheat oven on BROIL.
2) Place on broiler pan 5-6 inches from heat source.
3) Broil for 5 minutes.
4) Turn sausage over and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Grill:
1) Preheat grill at Medium-Low heat.
2) Grill for 12 to 14 minutes, turning every few minutes.
Stove Top:
1) Spray pan with cooking spray.
2) Fry for 21 to 22 minutes at Medium to Medium-Low Heat, turning
every few minutes.

Boil:
1) Boil Pierogies in water for 6 to 7 minutes uncovered. Drain.
2) Serve with sauteed onions or browned butter.
Pan Fry: Pierogies may be served with any of your favorite
toppings; sour cream, salsa, onion, green peppers, bacon, guacamole,
mushrooms, etc.
1) Boil Pierogies in water for 5 to 6 minutes; uncovered. Drain.
2) Saute in butter over MEDIUM heat 5 minutes, or until lightly
browned and crispy.
Deep Fry: Pierogies may be served with any of your favorite
toppings; sour cream, salsa, onion, green peppers, bacon, guacamole,
mushrooms, etc.
1) Boil Pierogies in water for 5 to 6 minutes; uncovered. Drain.
2) Deep fry in 350 degrees F. oil for 2 to 3 minutes until lightly
browned and crispy.
Microwave (850 Watts): Pierogies may be served with any of
your favorite toppings; sour cream, salsa, onion, green peppers,
bacon, guacamole, mushrooms, etc.
1) Place 3 Pierogies in a microwave safe dish covered with water.
2) Cover dish, vent one corner.
3) Cook on HIGH (100% power) 4 to 5 minutes, rotate dish halfway
through cooking time.
