Strips of blackened chicken breast meat atop a bed of fettuccini noodles smothered in a Cajun alfredo sauce.

Preparation Instructions


Microwave (850 Watts):
1) Cook on 50% power for 15 minutes
2) CAREFULLY pull back plastic film and stir.
3) Replace film and cook on HIGH (100% power) for an additional 5-7 minutes.
4) Remove film and stir before serving.

Conventional Oven:
1) Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove outer wrap and paperboard lid.
2) Place tray on baking sheet.
3) Bake 1 hour.
4) CAREFULLY pull back plastic film, stir and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
