Pan Fry:
1) In skillet, preheat 1 Tbsp. oil over medium heat.
2) Fry ½ bag of fajita meat for 9 to 10 minutes.
Microwave (850 Watts): NOTE: Allow additional cooking time
for larger quantities.
1) Arrange 1 cup fajita meat on microwave safe dish.
2) Cook on HIGH (100% power) for 1 ½ minutes.
3) Stir chicken.
4) Cook on HIGH (100% power) for an additonal 1¾ to 2 minutes.

Microwave (850 Watts): TO USE IN RECIPES: Thaw in
refrigerator or rinse under cold water and drain. Use in recipes as
directed.
1) Place ½ bag of blend in a microwave-safe bowl; cover.
2) Cook on HIGH (100% power) 3 minutes.
3) Stir; replace cover.
4) Cook on HIGH (100% power) 3 to 3 1/2 minutes.
Stove Top:
1) Place 1 inch of water and ½ bag of blend in medium size saucepan.
2) Bring to a boil, reduce heat to LOW.
3) Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain.
ALTERNATE INSTRUCTIONS:
1) TO USE IN SALADS:
2) Prepare pasta blend according to directions; rinse in colander
with cold running water until cool.
3) Use in recipe as directed.
