Everything you need for a home-cooked stir-fry. Cut broccoli, carrots, and red
peppers with sugar snap peas, water chestnuts, and bamboo shoots. With juicy
strips of chicken tenderloin. Then add the Oriental sauce and serve over rice,
both included.

Stove Top: Rice Packet should be microwaved. Follow directions.
1) Spray skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken and cook on medium-high
to high heat for 4 minutes, stir frequently.
2) Stir in vegetables and continue to cook for 5 minutes, stir
frequently.
3) Puncture rice packet, place in microwave and cook on HIGH (100%
power) for 5 to 5½ minutes.
4) While rice is cooking, stir in sauce with chicken and vegetables;
continue to cook 4 to 5 minutes, stir frequently.
Microwave (850 Watts):
1) Place chicken and vegetables in a small microwave-safe bowl. Cook on
HIGH (100% power) for 8 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time.
2) Stir in sauce. Place bowl in microwave.
3) Puncture rice packet. Place rice packet next to bowl in microwave.
4) Cook on HIGH (100% power) for 9 to 9½ minutes. Stir halfway through
cooking time.
5) Remove bowl and continue cooking rice packet for 2 minutes.
