Imagine your waldorf salad in a light and delicate french pastry? Our bouchee contains a delightful blend of fall's favorite ingredients; bluecheese, apple, bacon, and cranberries. Not only tastes delicious but looks beautiful!
 
Ingredients:
 

 
Filling: Apples, Bacon, Blue cheese, Chives, Truffle oil. Bouchee ingredients: Wheat flour, Vegetable oil (palm & canola), Salt, Legume flour, Egg.
 
Directions:
 

 
For best results, defrost on trays for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahreinheit. Line baking tray with parchment paper paper or lightly grease. Place on a baking sheet, 1/2 inch apart. Bake for approximately 15 minutes and rotate pan if necessary. Oven temperatures vary. Do not microwave. Keep frozen.
