Beef teriyaki satay is made with grade A beef on skewers marinated in teriyaki sauce. These Japanese-inspired gourmet appetizers are a perfect party food for a wedding reception, bridal shower, holiday party, cocktail party or black-tie affair.
 
Ingredients:
 

 
Grade A beef. Teriyaki glaze (soy sauce, water, soybeans, salt, sugar, water, modified food starch, onion juice, vinegar, natural flavoring, garlic powder, malic acid, spice, disodium inosinate, disodium gyanylate, sodium benzoate).
 
Directions:
 

 
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease. Place skewers on tray ½ inch apart and bake beef teriyaki satay for 10-14 minutes or until meat is cooked. Satay can also be placed on grill. Do not microwave. KEEP APPETIZERS FROZEN. Do not thaw or defrost.
