Our New York Strip is hand cut in generous eight ounce portions,
carefully hand trimmed, and aged for at least 21 days.
It’s tender and delicious – grilled, broiled or sautéed.

Preparation Instructions


Grill: Note: For best results thaw in refrigerator overnight or in cold water for 20 minutes. Times listed are approximate for steaks cooked to 160°F. Make adjustments according to desired doneness.
1) Preheat grill to medium heat.
2) Remove thawed steaks from wrapper.
3) Grill 12 to 13 minutes; turn steaks over halfway through grilling time.

4) Broil 12 to 13 minutes; turn steaks over halfway trough grilling time.
