Dumpling Filling: Beef, green pea, celery, water chestnut, soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, wheat), corn starch, sesame oil, rice cooking wine, salt, sugar and white pepper. Dumpling Wrapper: Wheat flour, water, salt.
 

Deep fry beef dumplings for 2-3 minutes. Steam covered for 8-10 minutes or bake dumplings in 375 degree oven. Line tray with parchment paper. Do not microwave. Keep appetizers frozen. Do not thaw or defrost.
