Our
mission is to provide the highest quality presentations,
events and entertainment in the state of Arizona. Utilizing
the latest in technology and excellent customer service, we
will meet or exceed your expectations.
Corporate Events
– The sales meeting or annual party will be
talked about for years when you add
Arizona Venue Productions’ outdoor cinema services to the
agenda. Incorporate a movie into the theme of your event –
What’s more energizing than watching Rocky or Seabiscuit on
the big screen to get people charged up! If you really want
to get down to business, use our projection equipment to
show your Powerpoint presentation before your movie. Sales
figures and forecasts never looked better than under the
stars on a 20’ tall screen! Our smaller screens can be used
in a wide variety of venues to turn any room
into your boardroom
for presentations.
Fundraising

Outdoor
Cinema is a great way to raise money for your group
or organization. Here’s how it works:
Invite the community to attend a fun, family-friendly
evening under the stars and watch a great movie. ET and
Back to the Future are always good choices, but better yet,
let our staff help you select a title. Money can be raised
in a variety of ways:
Collect
donations at the gate: Depending on the movie title
and time of year, you could request $2 - $10 per attendee.
Sell snacks: Popcorn, sodas and candy are always popular
movie foods. Snacks always taste better when you know their
purchase price is going to a good cause.
Sponsorships: Your event
will be a great way for local business to support your
community event and get some great advertising exposure at
the same time. Your sponsors can purchase screen time
before the event . It can be a slide, Powerpoint
presentation, or actual commercial.
Banners: Place your sponsor's logo on either side of the
stage. With just a couple of sponsors, you could cover the
cost of the Airscreen! You could even place your sponsor’s
message on the event flyer. Let our experienced staff help
you determine the best sponsorship packages to fill your
needs.
Concerts
– Add
some excitement to your next outdoor concert in the park!
Use
our Airscreen on the stage behind the band or orchestra to
show live camera feed video of the action or pre-designed
videos or graphics.
Instant Movie Theater
– Convert your indoor venue into an instant
movie theater with our smaller
screens. Some ideas include gymnasiums, indoor sports
arenas or churches. We’ll bring the screen, sound,
projection equipment and the movie!
Video Billboard
– Our 20’ x 15’ screen is perfect for
displaying your advertising message to
passersby. We can set up our equipment on your lot or any
other venue and create an instant Video Billboard. Direct
people to your evening event or just advertise your
business. Nothing will get more attention from the
evening’s drivers and foot traffic.
Advertising
Opportunities
Our events can
draw crowds of up to 8,000 people. Just like in the movie
theater, on-screen advertising plays to a captive audience.
Your advertising message can be played all over the state or
just in certain geographic areas. Sign up for one night of
advertising or be a “Big Screen Sponsor” and have your
message played at all our public events for the year.

Screens
We have a large selection
of screen sizes and projector selections to customize a
package for any type of indoor or outdoor presentation or
event. Below is a listing of our most popular screen sizes.
The Humphreys
– Our largest screen has a viewing area that
is 40’ wide by 20’ tall. It can be
clearly seen from 1000 feet away and accommodate an audience
of up to 8,000 people. The Airscreen offers great
versatility and while it is usually used outdoors, it can be
set up in any venue large enough to accommodate it’s size.
The Elden
– This indoor/outdoor screen has a viewable
area of 20’ wide x 15’ tall and is
built on a truss style frame. See the movie - not someone's
head! Because this screen uses a rear projection system,
your audience will have a clear, unobstructed view of the
presentation. The comfortable viewing audience for this
screen is up to 3,000 people. This is the screen used for
our Video Billboard package.
The Sedona
– This indoor/outdoor screen has a viewable
area of 16’ wide and 9’ tall. It is
also built on a truss style frame and uses a rear projection
system. It can accommodate an audience of up to 2,000
people.
The
Verde -
This screen is our most popular screen for
private parties and presentations.
This 120" screen is mounted on a tripod stand and can fit in
a variety on smaller spaces. Rental includes the use of a
wireless transmitter to send your images to the high
definition screen.
Sound
Our
state-of-the-art surround sound system provides a pleasant
listening experience for all in attendance. We use Bose
full range and bass array speakers to create the highest
quality sound. Weather you are sitting in the front row,
back row or anywhere in between, you will enjoy a
comfortable listening level. We take care to observe sound
level limitations if one is set by the venue. Our equipment
can accommodate up to 8,000 attendees, if needed.
Projection
Your movie,
presentation or live event will be as bright and clear as
high definition television on our projection system and
screen. We have projectors that put out 1600, 2100, 2500,
4200, 5000 and 10,000 lumens. We can custom select one for
your event.
