One of our most delicate appetizers, our breaded artichoke appetizer is a mouthwatering combination of fresh artichokes with creamy French Boursin Cheese, encased in Japanese Panko crumbs. Breaded artichokes are satisfying vegetarian appetizers that are delicious baked or fried. A scrumptious accompaniment to any party menu.
 

Artichoke hearts, Boursin cheese (milk, cream, salt, garlic, parsley, pepper, bacterial rennet culture), Japanese panko breadrumbs (bleached wheat flour, dextrose, shortening, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, palm oil, yeast, salt).
 

Breaded artichokes can be baked or deep-fried. For Baking: Preheat oven to 400F. Line baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease. Place artichokes on baking tray and bake for approximately 12-15 minutes or until breading turns slightly golden. Frying: Fry artichokes in 350F oil for 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145F. KEEP BREADED ARTICHOKES FROZEN. Do not microwave. Do not thaw or defrost.
