as she was the Event Planner for her former employer. She has planned several weddings
and recently graduated from a course which enabled her to become a Certified Wedding Specialist.

At CELEBRATIONS!, we pride our selves in having some of the lowest priced fees in the Philadelphia/
New Jersey/New York area. While our fees are low, our quality is not. We have produced
some award-winning events. One thing that makes us stand out from all the rest, is that we listen.

Personal Events Management
Our company is a full-service wedding/event planning company.
 For weddings we can help you select a theme for your wedding and find the products and services to make it a reality.
  • If you want butterflies or doves released at your reception, we know where to find them.

  • If you want to set off fireworks as you depart for your honeymoon, we can get them too.

  • If you want a wedding-by-the sea, we will find a beach where that’s allowed and if applicable, we will obtain the permits.

  • If you want your engagement announced in the paper, we will do that too,

  • If you want a celebrity at your reception, we know how to contact them,

  • If you want a helicopter-shaped cake, we know a baker who does this.   

  • Want your wedding at the Zoo? We know how to get it there.

Do you know your etiquette? For instance, it’s customary for the receiving line to be lined up this way: mother of the Bride, father of the Groom, mother of the Groom, father of the Bride, the Bride, the Groom, maid or matron of honor, bridesmaids, oldest first.

Do you know how invitations should be written? If not, don’t panic, we do. And to save you time, we’ll address and mail them. Then we’ll set up and manage an RSVP file.
Do you know where your wedding money is going? Did you know that the reception is 50% of your budget?  We know the fees of wedding-related vendors, so we can set up a fairly accurate budget.

Are you forgetful? Well, we’ll send reminders of all of your wedding-related appointments and take you there if necessary.

Need wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception management? We do that too.

Do you want wedding-related services and products at up to a 20% discount? Well with our previously established relationship with wedding-related vendors,
we get them for you.

All this and more, we do, for one of the lowest fees in the area.

The Pearl Package
: Consists of a 30 minute FREE consultation, monthly updates, 4 hours of wedding-related tasks—any 4 of the above or others. Your choice.  Does not include on-site management.  ($650.00-800.00***)

The Ruby Package: Consists of a 30 minute FREE consultation, monthly updates, 8 hours of wedding related tasks—any 8 of the previously mentioned, or others. Your choice.  May include on-site management.  ($1,000.00-1,500.00***)

The Diamond Package: Consists of all the tasks necessary to make your wedding the wedding of your dreams. Includes a 30 minute FREE consultation, honeymoon arranging, bridal shower aid, monthly updates and on-site management. ($1,750.00-2,000.00***)

Wedding Only Package: Is just what it says. Includes on-site management, a 30 minute FREE consultation and monthly updates.  ($900.00***)

Reception Only Package: Is just what it says. Includes  a FREE 30 minute consultation on-site management, monthly updates. ($900.00***)

You may have noticed that there is a price range. This is because the actual fee is based on how many guests you are expecting, how difficult it is to fulfill your requests, the scope of the project, and other intangibles. I’m sure we can arrive at a price that is right for you.

Stationery:
We offer custom invitation sets and other wedding-related paper products from 3 of the largest stationery companies in the country.
Personalized Products: We sell gifts for the groom, gifts for the wedding party, gifts for the guests, wedding favors, wedding accessories: (such as garters, cake server sets, glassware, unity candles) jewelry, all personalized. Wedding Software: (Hard to find in stores.) If you can’t afford a wedding planner, we can still order wedding software for you.

Our Events Division is divided into 2 different segments—Corporate Events Management and Personal Events Management. We design, produce and manage your event. Below is just a sampling of the Corporate

We have three
Corporate Event Packages:

The Regular Time Package: Consists of one FREE 30 minute consultation, by telephone, or in person, bi-weekly updates, by e-mail, telephone or fax and 4 hours of
event-planning tasks. Client’s choice. Does not consist of on-site management. ($650.00-800.00)

The Over Time Package: Consists of one FREE 30 minute consultation, by telephone or in person, bi-weekly updates, by e-mail, telephone or fax and 6 hours of event-related tasks. May include on-site management. Client’s choice. ($1,000.00-1,500.00)

The Time And a Half Package: Consists of one FREE 30 minute consultation, by telephone or in person, bi-weekly updates by e-mail or fax and all the tasks required to complete a successful event. $1,750-2000.00)

You may have noticed that there is a range of fees for each package. This is because your fee is based on a number of elements: The number of guests or attendees you expect, the degree of difficulty required to fulfill your desires, whether you want advertising and how much notice is given us to complete the project. Prices quoted do not cover cost of materials, or other vendors. If you are a tax exempt company, you must show proof.

Our company has products to aide in planning your event, which while they do not completely replace the services of an event planner, can help those who can not afford the services of an event planner.
They include:
  • Party Packs: a complete party in a bag. Everything you need to hold a party: including a homemade, kid-tested, cupcakes or cake, all the other snacks you need, punch mix or alcoholic mixes, a disposable helium tank with balloons, tableware, decorations, silverware, a gift certificate for Dominos Pizza, a party-planning guide, games, a FREE Mylar balloon for the guest-of-honor, a themed disposable camera, a themed CD, invitations, thank you cards, and more. Various themes.

They are delivered to your door for a small delivery charge within a 10 mile radius. More than 10 miles, they are shipped, for a small shipping charge.

Great for kids’ parties, baby showers, bachelorette parties, Mother’s Day, picnics for two, Valentine’s Day, Halloween, etc. Kids’ “Party Packs” come with a filled piñata.

Since we get discounts for our products, we buy and bake everything for you, and we deliver them to your door, we save you time, money and gas!

We offer for sale completely researched, framed family tree posters, written in calligraphy for $299.99. Perfect for family reunions, anniversaries,

We have planned all kinds of successful personal events over the years. We design,  using hard-to-find materials, a theme for your event and then produce it. Whether you want  a sleepover at the aquarium for 10 giggling girls, or a Moon Bounce at home, we make it happen.  We have studied ethnic parties and know how to set up Bat/Bar Mitzvahs
and Quinceaneras.

Traditionally, it has been the woman’s job to arrange parties and other events, but in these modern times, both parents have to work. Who has the time to do all the booking, buying and arranging that it takes to make a successful event? We do! We allow you to spend your time off with your children and spouse, instead of putting together an event.
So we save you time!

In fact, the time and money we save you, more than pays for our fee.
