Preparation Instructions

Conventional Oven:
1) Preheat oven to 425° F.
2) Arrange fries in single layer on baking sheet.
3) Bake 9 to 11 minutes, or to desired crispness.
4) NOTE: For crisper fries, preheat oven to 450° F. Add 3 to 5 minutes
to baking time.
Deep Fry:
1) CAUTION: ice cyrstals and water droplets can cause spattering.
2) Preheat oil to 360° F.
3) Place fries in fryer basket to one-half level.
4) Carefully lower into hot oil; fry 1½ to 2 minutes, or to desired
crispness.
